Day 1: Bukit Rawi
Bukit Rawi – walk through this historic cultural town to the Sandung (or ancestral bone house). See rattan weaving.
Cruise to the forest where you will wake to haunting gibbon calls in early morning at Danau Cantik in Marang.
Dusk in local canoes- optional fishing.

Day 2: Explore
Take klotoks, small local canoes, to a nearby island for forest walk on and later explore the ox bow lake system.
Have lunch on board as we move to Tumbang Tahai to moor opposite Pulau Pallas, to watch orangutans in their natural habitat on BOS release island.
Sunset walk to Bukit Tangkling and to Batu Banama sacred rock and spirit houses.
Back to boat for evening meal. Enjoy optional quiet fishing excursion in lakes, evening wildlife spotting or a quiet evening on board.

Day 3: Explore
Boat continues upriver to traditional Dayak villages for cultural show of dancing and music, as well as livelihood demonstrations (small extra cost). Return to boat for journey to Tangkiling.

Day 4: End Program
Have a leisurely breakfast on board. Transfer from the boat to the Arboretum to enjoy a walk on board walks through this forest reserve. Catch glimpses of orphan baby orangutans learning jungle craft with their babysitters.
